Although our Skill Stop Machines come from international casinos, they accept tokens only and cannot be readily converted to accept or dispense any type of currency.  They are token in, token out machines and are not intended to be used as a gaming or gambling device. They are not meant for actual gambling and should not be used for any other reason except personal enjoyment.

IF YOU RESIDE IN  Colorado or Louisiana, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A SKILL STOP MACHINE.  BY STATE LAW WE CANNOT SHIP OR SELL SKILL STOP MACHINES WITHIN THESE STATES. 

AS A BUYER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING STATE AND LOCAL LAWS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY MACHINE IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MACHINES USED FOR ANY PURPOSE INCONSISTENT WITH STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, OR FOR MACHINES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR RELOCATED TO A STATE WHOSE REGULATIONS LIMIT OR BAN THE OWNERSHIP OF SUCH EQUIPMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE AND/OR SALES OF ANY SLOT MACHINES TO ANYONE AT OUR DISCRETION.

 

YOU (THE BUYER) AGREE THAT BY PURCHASING ANY OF THE MACHINES LISTED ON THIS SITE, THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNAUTHORIZED GAMBLING OR UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE. THE BUYER, IF EXECUTING ANY ACTIVITY DEEMED ILLEGAL IN THEIR STATE WILL HOLD THE SELLER HARMLESS AND IN ADDITION AGREES TO DEFEND AT THE BUYERS' EXPENSE ANY AND ALL ADVERSE CLAIMS MADE AGAINST THE SELLER.

Warranty Information:

Except as described, each machine we offer comes with a 2 year warranty that covers everything on the machine except the light bulbs. The warranty does not cover damage from fire, water, lightning, any other acts of nature or dropping the unit. Please note the warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless special arrangements are made at the time of purchase and noted as such. Keep your proof of purchase, the manual, box and high density foam for return shipping of the machine. Proper packaging is crucial in the unlikely event your machine needs to come back to us. Damage from improper packaging on returned machines will be the responsibility of the purchaser, which is why the original packing is so important. We do not cover the bulbs with the warranty but they are readily available at your local Radio Shack. These machines are very durable and built for heavy casino use and should last a lifetime with proper care and use.

Return Policy:

At GetSlotMachine.com, we realize that all sales may not be final.  If a customer makes a purchase and wishes to return the product, they have 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 30 days of the product leaving our warehouse. There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.

1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.

2. If a product has been used, even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.

3. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they should immediately contact GetSlotMachine.com at (540) 890-5686 to arrange for an exchange.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should  merchandise be returned for an exchange without having contacted us first.  The item will be exchanged  for a similar product, and the return shipping will be reimbursed to the customer by GetSlotMachine.com.

4. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

If a product arrives damaged, GetSlotMachine.com must be notified immediately at (540) 890-5686. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with UPS. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out. All orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, GetSlotMachine.com will not be responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is.  This policy protects both the customer and GetSlotMachine.com, there are no exceptions to this policy. In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, it will need to be sent back to us. If this is the case, GetSlotMachine.com must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to the warehouse. They will only be reimbursed if they are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping.
